I used to have very high blood pressure.
The doctor who was pressing me to take medication for it didn't help those numbers.
Neither did the way I looked at things.
STRESS seemed to be my entire existence.
I took a yoga class by accident and my life changed.
For about two minutes, I felt an incredible peace during the meditation at the end.
For a long time, I thought I could never get there again.
The journey took me into meditation and Qi ("chi") Gong. (To me, Qi Gong is a physical meditation)
I have made great gains in meditation and staying centered and balanced.
It wasn't until I developed "Healing at the Speed of Thought" that I knew I could lower my blood pressure.
(and also a VERY HIGH cholesterol level)
The method of self healing is amazing.
And, to coin a phrase: "I practice what I preach".
So I did the self healing for stress, high blood pressure, and very high cholesterol until I felt I conquered it all.
And, like I teach in HTSOT, the only way to know if a correction worked is by testing.
Recently, I watched 2 hours of Bernie, 2 hours of Hillary, and 2 hours of Donald... all in one day.
I still had a preference. But I was okay with each of them. I could actually hear their words and see their innuendos. There was no hate. There was no stress.
My blood pressure is normal or a little below.
My cholesterol is excellent.
